The nylon/polyurethane-blend shell is rigid and structured with no elastane, so there's little to no give beyond those numbers; buckles and strap hardware add structure rather than stretch. Length runs about 23.5" (knee-to-below-knee on most frames) - best for someone drawn to a fitted, architectural cut rather than a stretch-reliant one
