How do I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be modified for an exchange or store credit within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 3 business days of purchase.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping costs are not covered.
All discounted items are final sale.

How do I wash my garment?

Always follow the care instructions on the garment label, if available.
If you’re unsure about a specific piece, feel free to reach out- we’re happy to advise.
We do not recommend washing or steaming wool or leather.
